Africorp relies on the natural and traditional methods to clean Gum Arabic, It’s done by women where manual sieve and cleaning bowls are the adapted tools. These women depend on their experience to determine the efficiency of the cleaning process, In addition they use a hammer to break down Gum Arabic into smaller pieces, and moreover to assist in the cleaning process as it helps remove the wood / bark particles from the product.

The sieve comes in different sizes (2” and 4”) which helps separate Gum Arabic according to particle size to satisfy different customer needs.
